Wellness rituals for 2025

Whether you are looking to glow up or take better care of yourself, help your body enter the new year with new daily rituals to keep you healthy and mindful. We've outlined a few morning and evening beauty rituals to keep you glowing through the day and night so you can live beautifully!

Morning beauty rituals-

  • Start your day with a calm, relaxed energy- wake up two hours before you need to leave the house. This way, your body is not anxious while you rush to leave the house.
  • Water- Drinking a glass of warm water with lemon and a pinch of pink salt is one of the best ways to hydrate your body and give you that gorgeous, healthy glow from within
  • Dry brush- Dry brushing stimulates and invigorates the body. Improving blood circulation and promoting skin renewal.
  • Cleansing your face and having a skincare routine—refreshing your face in the morning with the right skin care products makes a huge difference! Find the perfect routine for you, and you'll notice a difference.

Evening beauty rituals-

  • Moisturize—After you leave the shower while your skin is still damp, it is the best time to restore any moisture the hot shower may have stripped. Regular moisturizing will help you maintain softer, healthier skin and can even slow down the aging process.
  • Brush your hair- While this seems like something super simple and obvious to do, take an extra minute while brushing your hair at the end of the day to give your scalp a little massage to help stimulate the hair follicle, and finish by adding some strengthening hair oil to your mids and ends for shine.
  • Gratitude- Take a minute to list 3 things you are grateful for that happened that day. A grateful girl is a happy girl!
  • Take the day off- make sure to cleanse your face (twice) with an appropriate cleanser for your skin type, and follow up with your favorite night serum and moisturizer (pro tip- make sure to use a separate face cloth to wash and dry your face from the one you use on your body to promote better skin)
