How well do you know your skin?

Skin type is determined by genetics, but the condition of our skin can vary depending on internal and external factors. Everyone has their own unique skin type, and based off of which one you are, you should choose the proper products for your skin. Choosing the right products for you is essential not only to select effective products but also to ensure that you aren't picking anything that will irritate your skin but something that will complement it. The Four Skin Types Normal - this skin type is not dry or oily, is primarily blemish-free, has an even tone and texture, and has minimal pores.  Oily - this skin type has a greasy and shiny appearance, is prone to acne and blemishes, and has larger pores. Combination - this skin type is a mix of oily and dry, typically with an oily t-zone area (nose, chin, and a little bit of the forehead) and the cheeks and forehead area being drier. Waxing 101
